Year One:
Self realization, purification and cleansing of the physical, mental, emotional, and spirit bodies.
Year One ~ Level One of the journey shares the first 33 resurrection codes. Level One is a 12 month experience that guides One through many opportunities of Self realization, purification and cleansing of the physical, mental, emotional, and spirit bodies. Leading the year one initiate into a deeper embodiment of inner peace, clarity, self love, and presence.
During each week of level one there will be 2 live 75-90 minute zoom gatherings as a community. Throughout the gatherings many different practices and meditative transmissions are shared. Supporting new & vibrationally aligned ways of living to be birthed and consistently participated in. Our frequent community connection supports and guides One along the way. Creating a beautiful system of sovereign accountability. Holding ourselves accountable for showing up in ways of deeper transparency, acceptance, embrace, and love within our relationships with ourselves and all others that we interact with.
Each wave of participants forms a beautiful and intimate connection field as a community of light. Every zoom gathering provides the space for great depth of sharing and expressing the experiences of Life that are unfolding through the transformation.
What is shared and learned through the weekly gatherings is applied to daily life creating real and lasting change. New neural pathways are created through the daily practice of the resurrection codes. Activating our Christos template within our crystalline DNA. Another way of saying that the resurrection codes are reshaping our physical, mental, emotional, and spirit bodies to attune to enlightenment. Dissolving suffering, fear and illusion from our lives.

are living light fields of pure unity consciousness that each uniquely ignite
an aspect of our crystalline Christos template within.
During this year there are 12 one-on-one private sessions with Kathleen included to deepen One’s experience and to further ignite each participant’s personal intentions and transformation. Additionally throughout the certification and embodiment of Level One of the Resurrection Codes, One will be required to participate in 2 different physical retreats that play an integral part to the certification and embodiment. During these in person gatherings there are a series of transmissions of light codes, as well as many other transformational ceremonies and practices that will be experienced.
At completion of the Level One Certification and Embodiment of the first 33 Resurrection Codes, One will have completed all of the requirements to be able to share the first 33 codes with others (in the same format in which they have experienced it). At completion of this level of embodiment, One is certified to engage/title as a Christos Resurrection Guide.

Physical Body
● Encouraging cleansing protocols and lasting shifts in our nutritional outlooks and intake.
● Getting clear with what we are reading, watching, listening to, communicating with, participating in and how it relates to our path of inner glow and expansion.
● Clearing and refreshing our physical space within our home and other places of inhabitance (ie emails, websites, cars….) * Participate in daily practice of the resurrection codes
Mental Body
Explore and recognize what belief systems have caused stagnation and energetic paralysis. Utilize tools and techniques to dissolve them and create new beliefs
Create powerful daily practices to quiet the thinking mind and empower the heart center
Experience many group gatherings, techniques, suggested activities. and transmissions to assist in your journey of deep mental Alchemy
Emotional Body
● Participate in identifying stuck and oppressive emotions. Learning how to allow the physical body to identify where the emotional densities and imprints are trapped. Learning tools and techniques to assist in the transmutation of these densities and the resurrection of an integrated emotional body system
● Experience many group gatherings, techniques, suggested activities. and transmissions to assist in your journey of deep emotional Alchemy
Spirit Body
Create life as a meditative practice. Becoming whole with greater identification as the zero point
Creating and participating in daily declarations to rewrite and program our cells to attune to the highest possible embodiment of our I AM presence
Experience many group gatherings, techniques, suggested activities. and transmissions to assist in your journey of deep Spiritual Alchemy
What is Required of you for Year One Level One
Attendance of as many Zoom gatherings as possible (when not able to join live, you are required to watch the recorded gathering)
Attendance at the 2 live in-person retreats
Applying the tools, techniques, and ancient practices daily & consistently throughout the entire 12 months
Full transparency, kindness, love, openness, vulnerability, truthfulness, compassion, & acceptance of Self and other initiates
Completion of any assignments that are offered during the year (these are often ancient sacred practices and tools that are for the purpose of expanding your embodiment of your I AM presence)
Practicing the sacred resurrection codex of mudras, mantra, movements, and breath every day for 3 minutes each (we slowly build the codex over the course of the 12 months, ending year one with the 33rd code/practice)
At the end of Year One, you will be required to experience the full 33 codes (practices) for 3 minutes each, 2 times a day for 33 consecutive days. This is the final initiation of the level one initiate.
